The hotel is good. There is a big shopping mall with suppermarkets, cafes and shops next to the hotel. Walking to the local station is about 12-15 minutes. The pavement and alley are in good condition, so it was easy for us to pull our heavy luggages on the road to the station. The train to Zurich Central Station is about 25 minutes. The reception and room service was very good. The staff in reception solved my request to add the tissue very quick.

The high quality of customer service provided by Sindy Fischer left a massive positive impression on us. She was often the first person we greet in the mornings and she was always ready to provide the best possible options, be it for breakfast or for things to do in Zurich. I've spent in the hotel a few days, was there mostly for business, the room was big, with a carpet, a desk, a little tea table, a fridge, a sofa. I like when hotel room is spacious. Everything was clean, hotel room has been cleaned every day, shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom was in big containers so no need to save. From the outside the building seems to be old, but no problem. Good continental breakfast, WiFi OK.

Easy access by car from Zurich. Clean. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Big room.

That hotel was really great,clean and very comfortable for a family of 4. The family rooms were of good size. They had quite a few restaurant options nearby. Also good shopping center nearby to shop before you take your flight out of zurich. There is a bus stop opposite to the hotel with regular buses to the train station.

We were an hour early and our room wasn't ready but the clerk was able to find us a room. The workers were very nice, I had a great chat with one of the housekeeping workers via Google translate. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and a decent size for our group of 4.

Room it was very good, with peace for rest, Breakfast it was excellent, with different options, very fresh and also very tasty, Room it was very clean, with all additional equipment necessary for normal operation.

We came from Rome and needed a stay for the night but we were late with getting a hotel so we called to check in at 3 am and was no problem. Bed was very comfortable and everything looked neat. Next to the hotel there's a shopping centre. This was very convenient for breakfast since the breakfast was a bit on the pricey side.

We really liked the hotel The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were providing sufficient space and they were clean and nice. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet district. There is also a small nice shopping center next to the hotel.

- The staff. They were so polite and went out of their way to help. - Location was perfect for our purposes. - Room's look was a bit dated but had everything we needed and it was clean. - Being adjacent to the Zentrum mall is a big plus.
